DUI

Tracy Nicole Montgomery, 32, of Williams, was arrested at 7:40 p.m. Jan. 22 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5 at Fairview Road, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $3,050.

FELONY

Rafael Medina Ambriz, 28, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 9:10 a.m. Jan. 23 by Williams police on Vann Street at Hopkins Drive, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

James Amos Chalker, 35, of Colusa, was arrested at 11:48 p.m. Jan. 23 by Colusa police on Third and Sioc streets, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
