DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
Phillip Joe Williams, 46, of the 3300 block of Grover Avenue, Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 7:40 p.m. July 13 at Market and
10th streets. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

Fidel Ruben Salmeron, 61, of El Sobrante, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 4 p.m. July 12 in the 200 block of Market Street, Stonyford. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
