Driving under the influence
Candito Hernandez, 41, of the 3000 block of Fourth Street, Dunnigan, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:14 a.m. Nov. 17 on southbound Interstate 5, south of Arbuckle. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

Felix Cisneros Acosta, 31, of the 4000 block of River Road, Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 12:09 a.m. Nov. 16 on River Road. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

Luis Jaramillo Rodriguez, 36, of the 800 block of Ninth Street, Arbuckle, was arrested by the Williams Police Department on Sixth and E Streets, Williams, He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

Felony abuse, drug charges
John Michael Vawter, 55, of the 500 block of First Street, Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 1:06 a.m. Nov. 16 at his residence on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

Linda Rae Vawter, 44, of the 1900 block of Walnut Street, Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 1:06 a.m. Nov.16 on the 500 block of First Street, Arbuckle, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. She was booked into Colusa County Jail.

Christopher Brandon Johnston, 28, of Nevada, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 10:22 p.m. Nov. 15 on Highway 20, Williams, on suspicion of possession of more than 28.5 grams or more of marijuana and transporting marijuana. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

Ramon Eduardo Valazquez, 24, of the 700 block of College Street, College City, was arrested by the Colusa County Narcotics Enforcement Team at 5:44 p.m. Nov. 14 on Grimes-Arbuckle Road on suspicion possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance for sale.

Alberto Julio Cano, 21, of the first block of Peerless Avenue, Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 11:32 a.m., Nov. 14 at his residence on suspicion of possession of a narcotic controlled substance. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

Estevan Diaz Marmolejo, 28, transient, was arrested by the Colusa County Narcotics Enforcement Team at 9:45 a.m. Nov. 14 on Highway 20 on suspicion of possession of marijuana for sale, false impersonation, and transporting marijuana. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
