Drugs
Hunter Lee Grasse Todd, 19, of Lake Isabella, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff's Office at 11:08 a.m. Nov. 18 on Gail Avenue, Arbuckle, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

DUI
Clemente Lopez Torres, 44, of Grimes, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on suspicion of driving under the influence at 5:33 p.m. Nov. 18 on the 500 block of Fourth Street, Colusa. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
