DUI

Justin Ray Thompson, 24, of Big Bend, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. Jan. 31 by the California Highway Patrol on County Road H, south of County Road 39, on suspicion of two counts of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $6,000.

FELONY

Yvette Gutirrez, 22, of Willows, was arrested at 2:35 p.m. Jan. 31 by Willows police on the 200 block of West Sycamore Street, on suspicion of being in possession of drivers license or identification with which to commit forgery and false impersonation to obtain money or property. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.

William Earl Duncan, Jr., 19, of Chico, was arrested at 2:49 p.m. Feb. 1 by Glenn County Sheriffs on the first block of County Center Drive, Oroville, on suspicion of four counts of grand theft, burglary, and being in possession of stolen property. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $140,000.

Bounmy Touy, 33, of Orland, was arrested at 11 p.m. Feb. 1 by Glenn County Sheriff's on the 400 block of Second Street, Orland, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury upon a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000
