Candra Lashaun Echevarria, 36, of the 1300 block of Hobart Drive, Marysville, was arrested by the Colusa County Interagency Narcotics Task Force at 11 p.m. May 27 at Highways 20 and 45 on suspicion possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance for sale. She was booked into Colusa County Jail.

Jose Alberto Ortiz Lizama, 31, of the 5000 block of Arboga Road, Marysville, was arrested by the Colusa County Interagency Narcotics Task Force at 11 p.m. May 27 at Highways 20 and 45 on suspicion possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance for sale. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

Joann Louise Mann, 46, of Oregon House, was arrested by the Colusa County Interagency Narcotics Task Force at 11 p.m. May 27 at Highways 20 and 45 on suspicion possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into Colusa County Jail.

DUI

Robert Ray Miller, 51, of Sacramento, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 5:51 p.m. May 27 at southbound Interstate 5, north of Highway 20. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
