Police Blotter: June 20, 2012
DUI
Roberto Candelario, 41, of Woodland, was arrested at 2:39 a.m. June 18 by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 45, just south of Maxwell Road, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail and held without bail.
FELONY
Jeffrey Peter Fortis, 27, of Williams,turned himself in for booking at 6:53 p.m. June 15 at the Colusa County Jail, on suspicion of sexual penetration with a foreign object on a victim under the age of 18.
Rosa Maria Silva Magana, 20, of Woodland, was arrested at 2:31 p.m. June 15 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies at the Colusa County Sheriff's Office lobby, on suspicion of first-degree burglary. She was booked into the Colusa County Jaill.
Annaberta Valadez, 27, of Woodland, was arrested at 3:50 a.m. June 16 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies at the Colusa County Jail, on suspicion of first-degree burglary. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail.
Mitchell Mervyn Stelling, 51, of Delevan, was arrested at 5:47 p.m. June 16 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the 5000 block of Highway 99W, Delevan, on suspicion of attempted murder; assault with a firearm on a person; and threatening crime with the intent to terrorize. He was booked into Colusa County Jail and held without bail.
