DUI
Winona Taylor, 49 of Oakland, was arrested at 7:36 p.m. Sept. 12 by the California Highway Patrol on the 500 block of Gail Avenue, Arbuckle, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,637.
FELONY
Michael Aubry Emery, 61, of La Grange, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. Sept. 11 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies at the Sacramento County Jail, on suspicion of evading a peace officer with wanton disregard for safety. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.
