DUI
Daniel Anguiniga-Cano, 23, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 7:40 p.m. Sept. 23 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on Hall and Sixth streets, Arbuckle, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held without bail.
David Lamarr Holmes, 64, of Roseville, was arrested at 3:29 p.m. Sept. 23 by Williams police on the Interstate 5 on-ramp at Highway 20, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,673.
Raimundo de Jesus Perez-Bode, 47, of Mount Shasta, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. Sept. 23 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, south of Lurline Road, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,673.
Leonel Miguel Ramirez-Muniz, 22, of Dunnigan, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. Sept. 22 by the California Highway Patrol on Tule Road, east of Grimes-Arbuckle Road, on suspicion of two count of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held without bail.
FELONY
Wayne Edward Benamati, 55, of Stonyford, was arrested at 5:48 a.m. Sept. 21 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the 100 block of Coyote Path, Stonyford, on suspicion of receiving known stolen property; being a felon in possession of a firearm; and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $20,000.
Saul Hernandez Guzman, 37, no address listed, was arrested at 6:02 p.m. Sept. 21 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the 1000 block of Hall Street, Arbuckle, on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, not a firearm, with great bodily injury likely; threatening to commit a crime with intent to terrorize; and burglary. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $75,000.
Victor Ayala Valdovinos, 33, of Ukiah, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. Sept. 20 by the Colusa County Narcotics Taskforce on Highway 20, about a mile west of the Lake County line, on suspicion of three counts of being in possession of marijuana or hashish. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held without bail.
DISMISSED
Steven D. Jaul, 21, of Auburn, recently had his charge of driving under the influence dismissed in Colusa County Superior Court. He was arrested on July 20. He pleaded no contest to a reckless driving charge.
