FELONY
James David Anderson, 31, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 1:54 p.m. Nov. 6 by the Colusa County Taskforce on the first block of Eddy Street, Arbuckle, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
