Police Blotter: Jan. 5, 2013

DUI

Mitchell Evan Homes, 24, of Arcata, was arrested at 11:41 a.m. Dec. 28 by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 20, east of King Road, Williams, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,673.

Allen Robert Baumgartner Jr., 24, of Clearlake, was arrested at 2:53 a.m. Dec. 30 by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 20, west of Vista Point, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,673.

Doreen Katherine von Reyn, 60, of Talent, Ore., was arrested at 2:20 p.m. Dec. 30 by the California Highway Patrol at the Maxwell Rest Area on Interstate 5 on suspicion of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,673.

Silvia Gonzales, 44, of Red Bluff, was arrested at 12:34 a.m. Jan. 3 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, south of Husted Road, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,050.

FELONY

Moises Carmona, 21, of Williams, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. Dec. 29 by Williams police on Eighth and H streets, on suspicion of participating in street gang activity; carrying a loaded firearm in connection with criminal street gang activity; and carrying a concealed firearm in connection with street gang activity. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $15,000.

James Monroe Bradsher, 34, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 2:22 p.m. Dec. 31 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the 900 block of Gail Avenue, Arbuckle, on suspicion of threatening to commit a crime with the intent to terrorize. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $20,000.
