FELONY

Eric Lee Wafford, 28, of Sanger, was arrested at 3 a.m. Dec. 18 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5 at the northbound Maxwell Rest Area, on suspicion of the possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Nicholas John Schumacher, 30, of Citrus Heights, was arrested at 10:40 a.m. Dec. 18 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5 at the southbound Maxwell Rest Area, on suspicion of two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and the manufacture, import, sale, supply or possession of a billy club. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.

Delario Lenard Woods, 36, of Fairfield, was arrested at 4 p.m. Dec. 19 by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 20, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
