FELONIES
Fernando Rivera Ocampo, 39, of the 1300 block of Old Highway 99W, Williams, was arrested by the Colusa County Narcotics Task Force at 7:40 p.m. on Dec. 2 at his residence on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and illegal entry. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail.
DUIs
Carlos Contreras, 26, of the 900 block of North Street, Williams, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:41 a.m. on Dec. 7 on Tule Road, College City. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail.
