Jose Armando Aguilar, 31, of Red Bluff, was arrested by the CHP at 1:05 a.m. at the Maxwell Rest Area. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail.
Charles Edgar Comfort, 42, of Colusa, was arrested by the CHP at 1:40 p.m. on Levee Rd. in Colusa. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail.
