Oscar Gomez, 19, Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at Fourth and D streets at 8:21 p.m. on Jan. 17. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail.

Suu Siew Saeturn, 45, of West Sacramento, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at Market and Eighth streets on Jan. 17 in Colusa. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail.

FELONY

Chris Lee C. Gaiser, 51, of Fortuna, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at County Roads 20 and B at 8:00 p.m. on Jan. 17 on suspicion of receiving stolen property. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail.
