Carolyn Jean Bailey, 19, of Colusa, was arrested on March 8 at 12:29 a.m. by Colusa Police on the 100 block of East Webster St. on suspicion of two counts of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $3,050.
