DUI

Raul Padilla Alatorre, 41, of San Mateo, was arrested on March 13 at 10:10 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5 north of the county line on suspicion of two counts of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,542.

Danny James Dondero, 31, of Fair Oaks, was arrested on March 14 at 11:47 p.m. by Colusa police on River Road north of Lauux on suspicion of two counts of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $3,060.

FELONY

Todd Gregory Spangler, 38, of Colusa, was arrested on March 15 at 6:34 p.m. by Colusa police on Tuttle Lane between Bridge and First streets on suspicion of a hit and run resulting in death or injury, driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs with death or bodily injury resulting and evading a police officer, causing injury or death. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $50,000.
