DUI

Marco Tapia-Carrillo, 33, of Dixon, was arrested on March 17 at 8:58 p.m. by Williams police on the 200 block of Seventh St. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $6,000.

Slyvia Marie Rico, 31, of Colusa, was arrested on March 18 at 12:55 a.m. by Colusa police on the corner of Market and Eighth Streets, on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,542.

Raymond John Delgado, 43, of Colusa, was arrested on March 18 at 9:27 p.m. by Colusa police on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $3,060.

FELONY

Julie Ann Buhr, 51, of East Nicholas, was arrested on March 16 at 10:10 a.m. on the 3700 block of Highway 45 in Colusa by Colusa police on suspicion of possessing marijuana/hashish and a parole violation. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail without bail.

Darren Neal Martin, 50, of Stonyford, was arrested on March 16 at 9:54 a.m. by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the 5000 block of Rail Canyon Road on suspicion of willful discharge of a firearm in a negligent manner and a felon/addict in possession of a firearm. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail without bail.

Vanessa Lynne Ponce, 31, of Olivehurst, was arrested on March 16 at 3:22 p.m. by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the 900 block of Bridge Street on suspicion of two counts of second degree robbery. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail without bail.
