Police Logs: July 17, 2010

DUI

Gary Michael Areneson, 58, of Chico, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. July 14 by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 45 south of Packer Road on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,620.

Jesus Mojica Chavez, 31, of Colusa, was arrested at 8:53 p.m. July 1 by the California Highway Patrol in the 500 block of Seventh Street on suspicion of two counts of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $3,060.

John Albert Burdette, 35, of Chico, was arrested at 8:43 p.m. July 15 by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 20, west of Wilson Avenue, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,620.

FELONY

Joseph Todd Amory Diangelo, 19, of Colusa, was arrested at 6 p.m. July 15 by the Colusa County Inter-agency Narcotics Task Force on the corner of Ninth and Main streets on suspicion of receiving known stolen property. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
