DUI

Steven Douglas Jaul, 21, of Auburn, was arrested on July 20 at 3:10 p.m. by Williams police on Highway 20, east of Interstate 5, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,620.

James Glenn Bales, 62, of Davis, was arrested on July 22 at 8:44 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 20 at Mitchell Flat on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,620.

FELONY

Deanna Lyn Stearman, 38, of Arbuckle, was arrested on July 20 at 2:07 p.m. by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the 1100 block of Hailey Drive on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.

Narciso Leonel Madrigal, 29, of Colusa, was arrested on July 22 at 12:48 p.m. by Colusa police at Second Street and Louis Lane on suspicion of obstructing or resisting an executive officer. He was booked into the Colusa County Jai. Bail was set at $15,000.

Gunnar Steven Taylor, 19, of Arbuckle, was arrested on July 22 at 10:20 a.m. by the Colusa County Inter-agency Narcotics Taskforce on the first block of Grimes-Arbuckle Road on suspicion of planting or cultivating marijuana. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
