DUI

Oscar Aguinega-Cruz, 18, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 11:54 p.m. July 24 by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 20 east of San Jose Road on suspicion of driving under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail without bail.

FELONY

James Douglas Fomin, 53, of Colusa, was arrested at 7:47 a.m. July 24 by Colusa County Sheriff's in the 3700 block of Highway 45 on suspicion of vandalism. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Ingrid Lee Ulshafer, 22, of Colusa, was arrested at 10:50 p.m. July 24 by Colusa County Sheriff's in the 7000 block of North Avenue on suspicion of grand theft of personal property. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Laura Louise King, 45, of Colusa, was arrested at 9:54 p.m. July 25 by Colusa police in the 1000 block of Jay Street on suspicion of obstruction of or resisting an executive officer. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $15,000.
