DUI

Jack Fredrick Biggs, 64, of Colusa, was arrested on Aug. 29 at 9:25 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 45 at Roberts Road on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,620.

John Cody Miller, 22, of Williams, was arrested on Aug. 27 at 11:40 a.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Grimes-Arbuckle Road on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,620.

Darshan Singh Sahota, 70, of Williams, was arrested on Aug. 27 at 2:58 a.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Colusa-Maxwell Road, east of Lyons Road, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,620.

FELONY

Jesus Pablo Lara, 47, of Menifee, was arrested at midnight on Aug. 27 by the Colusa County Interagency Taskforce on Highway 20 at Virginia Way in Williams on suspicion of two counts of possessing marijuana or hashish for sale. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail without bail.

Josue Serrano Paolomar, 20, of Arcata, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. on Aug. 27 by Williams police on Highway 20, west of Shadd Dive, on suspicion of three counts of possessing marijuana or hashish for sale or transport. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $17,500.

Vern Edward Vassar, 32, of College City, was arrested at 1:13 a.m. on Aug. 28 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the first block of College City Road on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.
