DUI

Ryan Alan Dearman, 28, of Stonyford, was arrested on Sept. 3 at 10:53 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol on the 400 block of Ladoga Road on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $3,060.

Dylan Scott Richey, 19, of Benicia, was arrested on Sept. 3 at 11:22 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, north of Myers Road, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,620.

Gennifer Rae McClelland, 61, of Prospect, Ore, was arrested on Sept. 4 at 1:20 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, south of Lurline Avenue on suspicion of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,620.

Jose Villasenor Jimenez, 25, of San Leandro, was arrested on Sept. 4 at 8:48 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, north of Delevan Road on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail without bail.

Cleofas Tapia, 25, of Woodland, was arrested on Sept. 5 at 10:43 p.m. by Williams police on Highway 20 at Shadd Road on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,620.

Antonio Calderon, 35, of Knights Landing, was arrested on Sept. 5 at 11:04 p.m. by Colusa police on Market and Second streets on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail without bail.

Cesar Alberto Garcia, 33, of Santa Rosa, was arrested on Sept. 7 at 12:02 a.m. by Williams police on Highway 20 at E St. on suspicion of two counts of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $3,060.

FELONY

Alfredo Cruz-Nino, 22, of Gilroy, was arrested on Sept. 3 at 4 a.m. by the Colusa Interagency Narcotics Taskforce on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and possessing marijuana or hashish for sale. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail without bail.
