DUIs

Simon Gabriel Fentress, 36, of Santa Rosa, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:50 p.m. Nov. 8 on southbound Interstate 5 at Maxwell Road. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

Carlos Alberto Franco, 31, of the first block of Florimond, Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 11:06 p.m. at Third and Sioc Streets. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

Felonies

Samuel Joseph Hodge, 19, of Loomis, was arrested by the Colusa County Narcotics Enforcement Task Force at 9:15 p.m. Nov. 9 on southbound Interstate 5, north of Hahn Road, on suspicion of cultivating marijuana and transporting marijuana. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
