Sergio Guerero Gonzalez, 35, of Fremont, was arrested at 12:27 a.m. Feb. 15 by the California Highway Patrol on E and Vann streets, Williams, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $3,050.

Lisa Michelle Sliwinski, 47, of Hayford, was arrested at 10:06 p.m. Feb. 15 by Williams police on E Street and Pinewood Court, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,673.

Edgar Eduardo Cortez Velasquez, 20, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 10:57 p.m. Feb. 16 by the California Highway Patrol on Gail and Midway Avenues, Arbuckle, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,673.
