Heather Noel Felix, 24, of Lakeport, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 2:11 a.m. Feb. 15 onn the 800 block of Market Street. She was booked into Colusa County Jail.
Jose Antonio Jimenez, 47, of the 4000 block of Sites-Lodoga Road in Stonyford, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:43 p.m. Feb. 13 near the Fout Springs ranger station. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
