FELONY
Sylvester Loren Vansickle, 55, of Red Bluff, was arrested at 7:29 p.m. Feb. 8 by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 20 at East Camp Road on suspicion of being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm. He was booked into Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $20,000.
Jose Martin Vega-Garcia, 28, of Williams, was arrested at 12:12 a.m. Feb. 9 by Williams police at Redinger Park, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held without bail.
