FELONY

Barbara Lee Woltmon, 39, of Esparto, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. Feb. 14 by the California Department of Fish & Game on County Line Road at 20/47 Canal, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Michael Philip Woltmon, 43, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. Feb. 14 by the California Department of Fish & Game on County Line Road at 20/47 Canal, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Wyatt Mitchel Zapien, 19, of Colusa, was arrested at 1:40 p.m. Feb. 16 by the Colusa County Narcotics Taskforce on the 1700 block of Highway 20, Colusa, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

DUI

Joe Nathan Cardenas, 27, of Woodland, was arrested at 5:09 p.m. Feb. 16 by the California Highway Patrol on Putnam Way at Hillgate Road, Arbuckle, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held without bail.
