DUI
John Everett Neves, 60, of Citrus Heights, was arrested at 3:05 p.m. Feb. 19 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, north of Freshwater Road, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,634.
FELONY
James John Hardy, 37, of Stonyford, was arrested at 11:19 a.m. Feb. 17 by the Colusa County Narcotics Taskforce on the 3000 block of Sites-Ladoga Road, Stonyford, on suspicion of two counts of being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held without bail.
