FELONIES

 

• Antonio Pina Cabellero, 34, of the 2000 block of Hill Road, Williams, was arrested by the Colusa County Narcotics Task Force at his residence at 1 p.m. Oct. 12 on suspicion of cultivating marijuana, criminal conspiracy and possession of marijuana/hashish for sale. He was booked into Colusa County Jail on $50,000 bail.

• Eduardo Camacho Gonzalez, 35, of Santa Rosa, was arrested by the Colusa County Narcotics Task Force in the 2000 block of Hill Road, Williams, at 11:33 a.m. Oct. 12 on suspicion of cultivating marijuana, criminal conspiracy and possession of marijuana/hashish for sale. He was booked into Colusa County Jail on $50,000 bail.

• Fernando Guzman-Aguilar, 27, of Windsor, was arrested by the Colusa County Narcotics Task Force in the 2000 block of Hill Road, Williams, at 10:22 p.m. Oct. 12 on suspicion of cultivating marijuana, criminal conspiracy and possession of marijuana/hashish for sale. He was booked into Colusa County Jail on $50,000 bail.

• David Gonzales Martines, 27, of the 2000 block of Hill Road, Williams, was arrested by the Colusa County Narcotics Task Force at his residence at 8:50 a.m. Oct. 12 on suspicion of cultivating marijuana, criminal conspiracy and possession of marijuana/hashish for sale. He was booked into Colusa County Jail on $50,000 bail.

• Jose Mario Ramirez-Bello, 23, of Windsor, was arrested by the Colusa County Narcotics Task Force in the 2000 block of Hill Road, Williams, at 8:50 a.m.. Oct. 12 on suspicion of cultivating marijuana, criminal conspiracy and possession of marijuana/hashish for sale. He was booked into Colusa County Jail without bail for illegal entry into the United States.

• Jose Carlos Torres-Tapia, 22, of the 2000 block of Hill Road, Williams, was arrested by the Colusa County Narcotics Task Force at his residence at 8:50 a.m. Oct. 12 on suspicion of cultivating marijuana, criminal conspiracy and possession of marijuana/hashish for sale. He was booked into Colusa County Jail on $50,000 bail.

• Julio Cesar Torres-Tapia, 20, of the 2000 block of Hill Road, Williams, was arrested by the Colusa County Narcotics Task Force at his residence at 8:50 a.m. Oct. 12 on suspicion of cultivating marijuana, criminal conspiracy and possession of marijuana/hashish for sale. He was booked into Colusa County Jail on $50,000 bail.

• Luis Alberto Torres-Tapia, 27, of the 2000 block of Hill Road, Williams, was arrested by the Colusa County Narcotics Task Force at his residence at 8:50 a.m. Oct. 12 on suspicion of cultivating marijuana, criminal conspiracy and possession of marijuana/hashish for sale. He was booked into Colusa County Jail on $50,000 bail.

• Ferman Urbano Gabot, 39, of the 1000 block of Nicholaus Dr., Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at his residence at 7:08 p.m. Oct. 12 for suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant and assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm. He was booked into Colusa County Jail on $25,000 bail.

• Jose Antonio Hernandez, 33, of the 400 block of San Antonio Dr. Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department on Vann Street on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance on Oct. 12. He was also arrested for suspicion of presenting an unlawful vehicle registration and probation violation, both misdemeanors. He was booked into Colusa County Jail without bail.

• Jorge Facio Rodriguez, 38, of the 200 block of Seventh St. Williams, was arrested by Williams Police Department on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse at 11:25 a.m. Oct. 13. He was booked into Colusa County Jail on $25,000 bail.

• Teri Denise Gozales, 45, of the 400 block of Seventh St., College City, turned herself in at the Colusa County Jail on suspicion of embezzlement of an amount over $400.

• Joseph Castro Zuniga, 47, of the 100 block of Westgate Ave., Williams, was arrested at 2:41 a.m. Oct. 15, at his home on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance. He was also charged on suspicion of concealing evidence and resisting arrest, both misdemeanors. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $10,000 bail.

DUIs

• Ruben Mercado Saldana, 44, of the 200 block of Main St. was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:35 a.m. Oct. 10 on State Route 45, north of Roberts Road. He was booked into Colusa County Jail on $1,542 bail.

• Daniel Joseph Valdez, 43, of Sacramento, was arrested by the Williams Police Department on Highway 20 and Husted Road at 12:40 a.m. Oct. 10. He was booked into Colusa County Jail on $3,050 bail.

Jairo Iniguez Valesques, 23, of the 400 block of Theatre Road, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 9:34 p.m. Oct. 13, on Theatre Road and Old Highway 99W. He was booked into Colusa County Jail without bail for illegal entry into the United States.

Francisco Mateo Garcia, 31, of the 200 block of Arbuckle, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:40 a.m. Oct. 12, on Old Highway 99W, south of Hahn Road. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,050.

Leigh Linda Lynch, 65, of Clear Lake, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 6 p.m. Oct. 15, State Route 20, She was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $1,542 bail.

Lawrence Linwood Ross, of Middle Town, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:41 a.m. Oct. 15 on State Route 20, west of Walnut Drive. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail on suspicion of DUI and possessing 1 oz. or less of marijuana while driving on $1,542 bail.
