FELONY
Jose Alejandro Guitrrez, 21 of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 12:23 a.m. on Jan. 9 at South St., east of Oak St., on suspicion of evading a police officer with wanton disregard for safety. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail.
Zachary David Pomfret, 27, of Colusa, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 11:01 p.m. on Jan. 9 at the 1300 block of Wescott on suspicion of willful cruelty to a child: resulting in possibly injury or death. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail.
