Police Logs: February 6, 2010

FELONY

Ricardo Barba, 41, of Arbuckle, was arrested by Colusa Sheriff's at 3:45 p.m. on Jan. 31 at Cortina School Road, north of Sand Creek Road in Arbuckle, on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail.

Sergio Yoni Villanueva Cano, 19, of Arbuckle, was arrested by Colusa Police at 8:05 p.m. on Jan. 30 at Highway 20 and Lonestar Rd on suspicion of threatening with criminal intent to terrorize. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail.

Cynthia Weinel, 49, of Williams, was arrested by Williams Police at 10:13 p.m. on Jan. 29 on the 700 block of Teal Way in Williams on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail.

DUI

Scott Alan Nelson, 22, of Chico, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:14 a.m. on Jan. 31 on I-5 just south of the Maxwell overpass on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail.

Ivan Panaiti, 37, of Roseville, was arrested by Colusa Police at 7:53 p.m. on Jan. 31 at Highway 20 and E Street on suspicion of two counts of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail.

Charles Adam Parker, 57, of Olivehurst, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 6:52 p.m. on Feb. 1 on Butte Slough Road on suspicion of driving under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail.
