DUI

Frederick Louis Tarke, 52, of Meridian, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. Jan. 10 by California Highway Patrol on Highway 45, south of Highway 20, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $3,050.

FELONY

Trent Gordon Griffin, 24, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 2:20 p.m. Jan. 10 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on Gail Avenue, near Almond Avenue, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Herald Rodriguez, 25, of Williams, was arrested at 11:38 p.m. Jan. 11 by Williams police on North and Virginia streets, on suspicion of the manufacture, import, sale, supply or possession of metal knuckles and driving while under the influence. He was booked into Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $15,000.

Beverly Jean Sapigaoschofer, 52, of Sacramento, was arrested at 2:07 p.m. Jan. 12 by Colusa police on the 300 block of Oak Street, on suspicion of forgery and burglary. She was booked into Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.
