Damanpreet Kaur Kalar, 24, of Elk Grove, was arrested at 2:48 p.m. June 14 by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 20, west of Lonestar Road, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $3,050.
