Eduardo Lievanos, 19, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 11:44 p.m. Jan. 1 by the California Highway Patrol on Bradford Street, north of Hall Street, Arbuckle, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,634.

FELONY

Brizia Gabriela Martinez, 38, of Colusa, was arrested at 12:12 a.m. Dec. 31 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the 200 block of Bridge St., Colusa, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury upon a spouse or cohabitant. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.

Nancy Lorraine Agnew, 51, of Yuba City, was arrested at 6:01 a.m. Jan. 1 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on Market and Sixth streets, Colusa, on suspicion of two counts of being in possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Vinh The Tran, 30, of Williams, was arrested at 3:59 p.m. Jan. 1 by the California Highway Patrol on the 500 block of E Street, Williams, on suspicion of two counts of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $30,000.
