Letter: Grimes Ladies say thanks

Once again, Grimes Ladies Society gives thanks for the generous people of Colusa, Sutter and Yuba counties, and their guests, who are so supportive of our annual dinner and bazaar.

Thanks to all who donated food, time and talent.

The beautiful quilt was made Beverly Thayer and Jane Hardy, and hand-quilted by members of the quilters group of First Untied Methodist Church of Yuba City. It was won by Judy Busath of Williams.

We will continue to help our Community Church and Sunday school, as well as Grand Island School needs, our annual Easter Egg Hunt at the church, 50 Samaritans Purse Christmas Shoe Boxes sent to children worldwide, and any Christmas endeavors that may need our help.
