Where is the logic in change

Where is the logic in changing the mascot? which is only a symbol- the heritage of a very proud school ? I think it is silly and wasteful to spend over 60,000 to buy new uniforms, equipment, souviners that could be spent wisely on education.

Isn’t or shouldn’t that be the real issue our children’s education, and their future rather than waste money to change “generationsold Redskins moniker.” What is next ? Do we toss education and money to the wind and just buy our children moccasins and put them to work in the casino.
