Alice McGeoghegan

Alice McGeoghegan, 69, of Delevan died March 19, 2008, at her residence.

Born in Bakersfiled, CA, she was a long-time resident of Sutter/Colusa county. She retired as Administrative Assistant/Office Manager from Yuba-Sutter Transit in 1992 to fully pursue her second career as an avid-fisher-woman/gardener.

Survivors include her husband, Robert McGeoghegan of Delevan, sister Marj Bauder of Montague, CA; daughters Penny Rae Powell and Tina Lee Greenwood of Lincoln, CA; Stepsons Brad and Neal McGeoghegan of Willows, Doug McGeogheghan of Colusa and stepdaughter Babs Jacksn of Redding. She is also survived by grandsons Chad Greenwood and Dweight Haworth and granddaughters Casey, Kelly and Caitlin.

Services will be held on March 27 with a Catholic Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Monica’s in Willows.

Doncations can be made in Alice’s memory to the American Cancer Society, under the direction of FD Sweet and Son, Willows.
