Felonies
Noe R. S. Gregario, 24, of the 500 block of Second Street in Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 10:45 p.m. Feb. 21 at his residence on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a cohabitant. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
DUIs
 Kristine Marie Otterson, 57, of Stonyford, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 9:23 p.m. Feb. 25 on Maxwell-Sites Road, west of Mills Orchard Road. She was booked into Colusa County Jail.
 Rodoofo Barrallo, 25, of the 800 block of First Street in Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 9:53 p.m. Feb. 24 at Ninth and E streets. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
Dale Eugene Gilpin, 27, of the 100 block of White Water Way in Yuba City, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 11:51 p.m. Feb. 22 at Highway 45 and Maxwell-Colusa Road. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
 Emilio Navarro Velazquez, 48, of the 1000 block of Tenth Street in Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 10:19 a.m. Feb. 22 at Tenth and D streets. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
Jose Santos Leal, 23, of Natomas was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:05 p.m. Feb. 18 at Highway 20 and Freshwater Road. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
Heather Noel Felix, 24, of Lakeport was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 2:11 a.m. Feb. 15 on the 800 block of Market Street. She was booked into Colusa County Jail.
