DUI

Erik Allan Johnson, 47, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 8:33 p.m. Feb. 11 by the California Highway Patrol on Old Highway 99W, north of North Street, Maxwell, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $3,050.

Justin Richard Jones, 23, of Dixon, was arrested at 1:52 a.m. Feb. 11 by Williams police on the 100 block of North Virginia Way, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,050.

FELONY

Tonie Ruthann Federspiel-Harrington, 18, of Colusa, was arrested at 11:46 a.m. Feb. 10 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on the 900 block of Wildwood Road, Arbuckle, on suspicion of the transport or sale of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $30,000.

Megan Marissa Scoville, 23, of Willows, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. Feb. 11 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on Old Highway 99W, north of Putnam Way, Arbuckle, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury upon a spouse or cohabitant. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.
