Kevin Michael Ray, 59, of Vallejo, was arrested at 10:40 a.m. Nov. 20 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5 at Lenahan Road, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $5,050.
