FELONY
Rafael Medina Ambriz, 28, of Williams, was arrested at 2:45 p.m. Oct. 25 by the Colusa County Taskforce on the 200 block of Seventh Street, Williams, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
