DUI
Rafael Sanzon Aceves, 24, of the 1100 block of Nelson Avenue, Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 2:23 a.m., Nov. 9 on Nelson Avenue, west of Cramer Street, Arbuckle. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

Jose De Jesus Cuevas, 43, of Corning, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:30 p.m., Nov. 7 on southbound Interstate 5,
south of Hahn Road. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

Matt Wayne McGinnis, 34, of Chico, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:34 a.m., Nov. 9 on Highway 45, north of Wintun Road. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

Brett Byers Monroe, 29, of Fresno, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 11:17 p.m., Nov. 8 on the 800 block of Market Street. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

Felonies
Fabian Trejo Hernandez, 20, of Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 10:19 p.m., Nov. 8 at Venice Park on suspicion of carrying a concealed dagger, possession of marijuana for sale, and possession of a narcotic or controlled substance for sale. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

Rogelio Enrique Luna, 18, of Haward, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 5:30 p.m., Nov. 8 on southbound Interstate 5, north
of Freshwater Road on suspicion of possession of marijuana for sale and selling marijuana. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
