Edward Purvis

Edward Allen Purvis, Sr., passed away April 3, 2008 at Enloe Medical Center in Chico, CA. He was born November 1, 1961 in Chico, CA.

He was a lifelong resident of Colusa County

Edward worked in farming for 30 years. He was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Colusa and he enjoyed camping, fishing, being outdoors and BBQs with family and friends but his greatest joy came while spending time with his twelve grandchildren

He was survived by his, sons: Edward Allen Purvis, Jr. of Willows, CA and Kevin James Purvis of Willows, CA; daughters: Tracy Nichole Purvis of Chico, CA, Kerri Lynn Purvis of Colusa, CA; brothers: Donald Purvis of Maxwell, CA and John Purvis of Oroville, CA; Fiancée Resa Lyn of Colusa, CA and 12 Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother Maryanne Purvis and his grandparents James and Mary Underhill.

Services will be announced at a later date.

Ed will be greatly missed but never forgotten.

Services are under the direction of McNary-Moore Funeral Service.
