Felonies

James Randall Vessels, 20, of the 400 block of Railroad Avenue, Maxwell, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 9:08 a.m., Oct. 8 in the Sheriff’s Office lobby on suspicion of grand theft. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

Driving under the influence

Carolyn Jean Bailey, 18, of the 1300 block of Westcott Road, Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 12:53 a.m., Oct. 7 at Jay and Fourth Streets. She was booked into Colusa County Jail.

Nicholas Ottilie Wallace, 20, of El Dorado Hills, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:21 a.m. Oct. 6 on Interstate 5, south of Maxwell Road. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
