Letter: Former supe backs Vann

As a past Colusa County supervisor, I was taken aback at the advertisement on television against Kim Vann. It claimed Mrs. Vann has taken the Jefferson Winn Vet’s Hall (Princeton) from the veterans.

If her opposition would have checked into the issue, they would have found the hall was condemned several years ago by the Health Department, as well as the Building Department in Colusa County.

We tried applying for grants to upgrade and save the hall, not only for the veterans, but the citizens, as well.

Kim Vann has always checked into issues before jumping to conclusions. Isn’t she someone you would want representing you, not the other candidate?
