Mary Lou Kittle stands with Chung Sun co-owner Jimmy Lee. Kittle was the winner of a competition to decide the theme for Christmas Tyme this year in Colusa. She received a $100 gift certificate to Chung Sun Market for her idea. Kittle's proposed theme, “Santa's Toy Land Village,” was selected out of 25 entries. The judges for the contest were Lis Dawley, Art Genera and Melodie Johnson. “Now that it has been announced, people can start thinking about what they're going to do with their windows,” said event organizer and Colusa Councilwoman Marilyn Acree. Prizes will be awarded for the best decorations. First Prize will receive $300, second prize will receive $200, and third prize will receive $100.
