DUI

Sandra Cortez, 18, of Williams, was arrested at 3:32 a.m. March 11 by Williams police at Venice Boulevard and E Street, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,634.

Mark Andrew Gromus, 35, of Arcata, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. March 11 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, south of E Street, Williams, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,634.

Eliseo Rivera Martinez, 32, of Williams, was arrested at 12:21 a.m. March 12 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on Freel Road, east of College City Road, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,634.

FELONY

Jayjay Levit Woody, 48, of Turlock, was arrested at 1:25 p.m. March 10 by Colusa police on the 600 block of Market Street, on suspicion of forging or altering a narcotic prescription. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Teresa Lavern Jones, 49, of Turlock, was arrested at 1:37 p.m. March 10 by Colusa police on the 600 block of Market Street, on suspicion of forging or altering a narcotic prescription. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Joanna Gonzalez Del Toro, 28, of Davis, was arrested at 10:05 a.m. March 12 by the Colusa County Taskforce on Market and 11th streets, Colusa, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
