Engagement: Winters/Williams

Jessica Jane Winters and Scott Andrew Williams plan to be wed on Sept. 13, 2008, in Seattle, Wash. at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church.

Jessica is the daughter of Jerry and Jane Winters of Colusa. She is a 1999 graduate of Colusa High School and received her Business Degree at Chico State University. She is employed by Seattle Genetics as a Staffing Consultant.

Scott is the son of Bill and Barbara Williams of Wayne, Ind. He received his Business Degree at Bald State University in Indiana and a Masters in Information and Communications Sciences. He is employed by Aerotek Scientific as a Regional Sales Manager for Biotech/Pharmaceutical Division.

The couple plan to make their home in Seattle, Wash.
