Police officers donate Girl Scout cookies
Officer Pete Montez hands a box of Samoa Girl Scouts Cookies to Lorraine Patrick, a resident of Valley West Care Center in Williams.
"Oh, I love them. Its good they only come out once a year," said Patrick.
Ruth Higgins, right, also got some cookies.
Montez and Officer Kristin Murphy donated $250 worth of Girl Scouts Cookies to the care center on Tuesday morning. The gift was on behalf of the 520 Squad Club, a nonprofit run by the California Highway Patrol officers. The officers also donated cookies to Mirsona Manor on the same day.
